Anta Sports Products, Ltd. (Group), which operates retail stores in China for the Anta brand, as well as Fila, Descente, Kolon Sport, and Amer Sports, reported that retail sales, in retail value, for the Anta brand in the fourth quarter of 2025 declined by low single digits.

Anta brand’s retail sales grew in the low single digits in the third quarter.

Fila brand’s retail sales in China increased mid-single digits year-over-year in the fourth quarter. That marks an acceleration from the Fila brand’s retail growth of low single digits year-over-year in the third quarter.

All Other Brands, including Descente and Kolon Sport but excluding Amer Sports Corp. businesses under Amer Sports Holding, (Cayman) Ltd.’s joint venture, saw 35 percent to 40 percent positive growth in the fourth quarter as compared to the same period in 2024. The segment saw 45 percent to 50 percent positive growth in the third quarter.

The company said retail sales refer to the revenue, inclusive of value-added tax, if any, from sales to consumers transacted in brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms, part of which are owned and operated by the Group and the rest are owned and operated by the Group’s distributors, franchisees, and/or distributors’ franchisees.

In the full year, retail sales in China for Anta Sports saw low-single-digit positive growth, mid-single-digit positive growth for Fila, and 45 percent to 50 percent positive growth for All Other Brands.
