Anta Sports Products, Ltd., which operates retail stores in China for the Anta brand, as well as Fila, Descente, Kolon Sport, and Amer Sports, reported that retail sales, in retail value, for the Anta brand in the second quarter saw low-single-digit positive growth year-over-year.
The performance marked slower growth after the Anta brand’s retail sales rose in the high-single-digits in the first quarter.
Fila brand’s retail sales in China increased in the low-single-digits in the second quarter after climbing in the low teens in the first quarter.
All Other Brands, including Descente and Kolon Sport but excluding Amer Sports Corp. businesses under Amer Sports Holding (Cayman) Ltd.’s joint venture, recorded growth in the range of 25 percent to 30 percent as compared to the same period in 2025. Growth was in the range of 40 percent to 45 percent in the first quarter.
The company said “retail sales refer to the revenue, inclusive of value-added tax, if any, from sales to consumers transacted in brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms, part of which is owned and operated by the Group and the rest is owned and operated by the Group’s distributors, franchisees and/or distributors’ franchisees.
