Everlast Worldwide Inc. signed a worldwide license agreement with The
International Boxing Association (AIBA) to be an official licensee for
competition gloves and headgear. This four year agreement will allow
Everlast gloves and headgear to be used around the world in key boxing
tournaments such as the Olympics, the World Championships, and Olympic
qualifying events as well as in AIBA sanctioned international boxing
competitions.
 
According to Everlast's Chairman, President and CEO, Seth Horowitz, “We
are very happy to have signed this agreement with AIBA and reaffirm our
position as a leading brand in the sport of Boxing. The use of our
products by AIBA will provide all of the athletes with the strength and
durability they need to excel in competition.”

According to AIBA President Dr. Chung-Kuo, “AIBA is thrilled to

This partnership was developed knowing that the quality of the Everlast
product and the strength of the brand will help to foster the growth of
boxing as a dominant sport on a global level, particularly emphasizing
its potential within the Olympic Movement.”
