Evergreen Partners, owner and operator of private golf and lifestyle clubs, has appointed Tom Hogan as president.
Hogan brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across luxury hospitality, private clubs, golf operations, and real estate development. As company president, he will partner with Evergreen’s executive team to lead its owned-and-operated portfolio, focused on operations, capital planning, asset stewardship, and portfolio growth.
Evergreen’s business model is built on long-term ownership, local leadership and a values-driven operating model.
Hogan served as CFO at Augusta National Golf Club and Discovery Land Company, where he was responsible for finance and accounting, capital planning and operations across private club and hospitality platforms. He also held senior leadership roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
“Evergreen is building a differentiated model in the private club industry that includes patient ownership, disciplined capital and deep respect for legacy and culture,” said Hogan. “My focus is to help scale that model while ensuring every club remains financially strong, culturally intact, and positioned for long-term success.”
“Owners considering Evergreen are typically looking for permanence, not an exit-driven playbook,” Hogan added. “Our objective is simple: build every club stronger than we found it.”
Evergreen’s Founder & CEO Matthew Hobbins said, “Tom’s conviction in our culture and operating philosophy, paired with his track record of excellence, makes him a tremendous addition to our leadership team.”
