Unisport Group, a leading European online football retailer based in Denmark, has acquired Arocam, Inc., the U.S.-based parent of WeGotSoccer and TUDN Fan Shop.
Terms were not disclosed.
Unisport said the transaction “marks Unisport’s strategic expansion into North America ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026, positioning the company to capitalize on what is expected to be unprecedented growth in U.S. soccer participation and fandom.”
With the acquisition, Arocam and its flagship retail banner WeGotSoccer will operate under the name Unisport Soccer, maintaining its existing retail footprint and strategic partnerships while leveraging Unisport’s global brand strength and digital capabilities.
As part of the acquisition, Unisport also acquired TUDN Fan Shop, a site for Hispanic soccer fans.
Unisport Group is backed by private equity investor Innova Capital, which has been the majority shareholder since 2023 alongside Founder Marcin Radziwon and other co-investors.
Combining Arocam with Unisport ‘s European reach, Unisport Group reported it has “over 12 million global social media followers, approximately 1.5 billion YouTube views, 2.3 million members in its soccer loyalty program, more than 500,000 club members and soccer families under long-term contract, over 600,000 U.S.-based social media followers and 60 million U.S. views in the past 12 months alone.”
Combined, Unisport Group has 26 retail locations globally, including six in the U.S. in all three time zones (MA, FL, CA, TX). Arocam’s six stores are in Houston and Tomball, TX; Carlsbad and San Diego, CA; Wrentham, MA; and Jacksonville, FL. The stores operate under the We Got Soccer and TUDN Fanshop nameplates.
Arocam, in a long-term partnership with Univision, developed, launched and manages TUDN Fan Shop. It is also the official retail and event partner of the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) in the United States.
