Escalade, Inc. reported that Armin Boehm, the company’s president and CEO, has resigned after joining the firm in April. Patrick Griffin, VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, has been appointed interim president and CEO, effective immediately.
Boehm took over as CEO on April 1, succeeding the retiring Walter Glazer. Prior to this, he was the chief commercial officer at Gibson, Inc., the guitar maker, and previously held roles at Amer Sports, Puma, Levi Strauss, and Adidas.
Griffin, who is also on Escalade’s Board of Directors, has served as VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Escalade since August 2012.
“We thank Armin for his time and service at Escalade and wish him the best in all future endeavors,” said Walter Glazer, Jr., Escalade’s Chairman of the Board of Directors. “Through Patrick’s years of service at Escalade, he has proven to be a key member of the executive management team and the board.
