Escalade, Inc. announced the acquisition of AllCornhole, a supplier of cornhole bags and equipment for competitive cornhole play.
Escalade said the acquisition presents a “significant opportunity to further expand Escalade’s presence in the tournament-level cornhole market.”
Founded in 2013, AllCornhole complements Escalade’s Victory Tailgate brand and its partnership with the American Cornhole League (ACL), enabling the company to offer cornhole equipment for players of all levels.
“This strategic acquisition provides a platform for continued growth as the game evolves from a casual backyard pastime into a nationally recognized sport. Today, professional cornhole athletes compete for millions of dollars in prize money on major television networks, a transformation driven by the ACL. AllCornhole will join Escalade’s Rec Sports portfolio, which is led by Nick Martin, general manager of Escalade Rec Sports.
