EoS Fitness, the national gym chain with a reported over 225 locations open or in the process of opening, plans to open a new member club on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, CA.
The company said its elevated EoS Lux concept “will reshape the West Hollywood fitness scene with a high-end, performance-driven experience for both first-time fitness enthusiasts and ambitious gym-goers.”
Set to open in 2027, EoS is planning a $6 million renovation of 8000 Sunset Blvd. in partnership with Kimco Realty. This new location will increase its visibility and strengthen the company’s existing Southern California footprint, which includes over 50 Southern California EoS Fitness facilities, open or on the way to being open.
“This EoS Sunset Boulevard location represents a powerful new era in health and fitness as we bring something entirely new to West Hollywood,” said EoS Fitness CEO Rich Drengberg. “This legendary location anchors our continued expansion across Los Angeles’ core neighborhoods. Located at the corner of Crescent Heights Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard, the new fitness facility will join EoS’ Lux gyms in downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood, as well as its landmark Beverly Center location.
