The Eastern Outdoor Reps Association (EORA) said 650 buyers turned out for its annual show in Greenville, SC earlier this month.

The three day show, which was held at the TD Convention Center featured more than 550 different product lines with a mix of winter and outdoor products-everything from skis and helmets to accessories and stand-up paddleboards.  Over 95 percent of exhibitors were EORA members, with exceptional participation from the Southeastern states.

The next EORA shows will be held in SC, NJ, NH and FL in mid to late June and the next  EORA board meeting will take place in August at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Salt Lake City.

EORA welcomed 18 new members at its annual January meeting, pushing its membership to 500 and increasing the diversity of brands they represent.

“We
are so pleased and excited to grow our membership across all our
represented regions,” noted Debbie Motz, Executive Director of EORA.

EORA is a not-for-profit association that produces regional tradeshows that bring together over 500 sales reps and 2,300 retailers each year in the Eastern US. Initially focused on traditional specialty outdoor, EORA has since expanded to encompass a wide array of retail categories, including lifestyle, specialty run, bike, resort, paddle sports, and more. EORA was founded in 1979 and has grown steadily in membership over the years.
