ElliptiGO Inc. has hired Jeff Caron as the territory sales manager for the Eastern Region. In this new role, Caron will focus on building and managing relationships with retailers and athletes, representing ElliptiGO at running events, and growing awareness within the running community.

A former New Balance Boston elite runner, Caron brings a competitive running background and extensive professional experience in the sport of distance running to his new position. For the past two and a half years, Caron has been a Technical Field Representative in the mid-Atlantic for Saucony, acting as brand ambassador and promoting the brand through retailers and events. Previously, he had more than four years of active involvement with Flotrack media, contributing to event coverage, race commentary, and athlete interviews, and he spent three years as manager of a specialty running retail store.

“I believe the running community attracts the most passionate and respected individuals, along with the best qualities of athleticism and human value, which is why I’ve focused my career in this industry,” stated Caron. “I’m excited to enter this new chapter in my professional career because the ElliptiGO team is one of the most passionate teams I have ever met. Through this position I can continue my commitment to being an advocate for the running community and actively help increase runners’ longevity in this sport.”

“We’re fired up that Jeff is joining the team,” remarked Bryce Whiting, Chief Enthusiast at ElliptiGO. “With the amount of growth we’re experiencing nationwide, it’s going to be a significant advantage for us to have someone located in the mid-Atlantic that can help us provide better support to retailers and increased brand representation in the area. Jeff’s competitive running background, professional experience, and authentic belief in the ElliptiGO as an athlete make him an ideal fit for the position and we’re excited to bring him onboard.”
