Eliel and Co., parent company of advanced technical apparel brands Eliel Cycling and endurance brand, Wattie Ink., has hired a third key executive to round out its senior leadership team.

New members include Marirose Charbonneau, product line manager, Karl Heidgen, director of sales and business development, and Allyson J. Davis, chief marketing officer.

  • Charbonneau, shown right, directs strategic and technical products for inline and custom products and collaborations. Charbonneau has extensive experience in global design and technical product development in cycling, triathlon, swimming, running, and fitness. Named on three patents for technical apparel, Charbonneau has held similar roles with Zoot Sports, LeeMarc Industries Canari, and Shebeest.
  • Having more than 18 years in national and international business development, Heidgen, shown below right, has a comprehensive knowledge of products and markets that have guided strategy and sales growth for businesses including Pactimo, Borah and Haute Route.

  • Davis specializes in developing company vision and culture, building strategic and creative integration between internal teams, and integrating external partnerships and programs to expand brand value and business growth. Recent companies have included Red Bull, Universal Sports Network and Rusch Ventures where she was 7x world champion Rebecca Rusch’s business partner and head of marketing. Additional ventures have included the NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, U.S. Olympic Committee, sports national governing bodies including USA Cycling, USA Swimming, USA Ski and Snowboard, and global events including The Boston Marathon, Alpine World Championships, Rugby World Cup, FINA World Championships, Ironman, Giro d’Italia, Mavericks Big Wave Surf, Road Cycling World Championships, and Interbike (partial list).
