Duck Camp, the Austin, TX-based manufacturer of performance apparel for the hunt and fish category, plans to relocate its flagship store and company headquarters to 220 South Congress Avenue in Austin, which is also home to outdoor brands Yeti and Rivian.
“Our growth over the past several years made it clear that we needed a larger space that could support both our team and our customers,” said Grant Watson, VP of Marketing. “South Congress is one of the most iconic streets in Austin, and being alongside like-minded brands creates an opportunity to build a destination for the outdoor community.”
The new space will house Duck Camp’s retail flagship store and its corporate headquarters, allowing customers to engage more directly with the brand while providing employees with the space to expand operations.
The company also views the move as “an opportunity to help create a central gathering place for outdoor enthusiasts in Austin.” With multiple outdoor-focused brands under one roof, “customers can explore new gear, vehicles and innovations in one destination,” said company officials.
The store will feature a custom hat bar, as well as third-party brands such as Turtlebox Audio, Williams Knives, Smith Sunglasses, and Gunner Kennels.
Duck Camp is in the process of moving to the new location and will host a grand opening on April 11.
