Dr. Martens appointed Isadora Versiani,  formerly at Marc Jacobs, as global product design director and Nadia Svensson, formerly at Adidas, as global merchandising and product director.

Versiani (shown right) has more than 17 years of footwear design experience, including as design director, footwear at Marc Jacobs since December 2024.

Previously, she was design director, footwear, outlet, global at Tory Burch from December 2020 to December 2924. She also held design roles at BCBG Max Azria  Group and Vida Shoes International.

Svensson was at Adidas from June 2020 to January 2025. Working out of Shanghai, she was senior product director BU Outdoor & Sportswear, Creation Center Asia. Previously, she was head of global product management – Outdoor & Travel Apparel, Equipment and Footwear, Kathmandu; and prior to that was senior product development manager, Womenswear at Zalando. She most recently has been working as a consultant.
