Golf apparel manufacturer Divot’s Sportswear has acquired Atlanta-based resort wear company Sope Creek, according to Divots president Bob Friedman. While plans are for the Divots and Sope Creek sales staffs to remain separate entities, the embroidery functions for Sope Creek will now be handled by Divots' in-house embroidery operations. It also is expected that the Sope Creek line will have a presence in the Divots Sportswear booth at the PGA Merchandise Show, PGA Fall Expo and other industry trade shows. Says Friedman,

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
