Gravis Footwear is seeking a dynamic leader to drive sales to the next level. If you are experience in sales management and a dedicated believer in the Gravis brand, this could be your dream job!

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales and distribution strategies, with a primary emphasis on key account relations, product pricing, forecasting and distribution. Will investigate and evaluate new product opportunities and be knowledgeable of regional competitor products. Will also be responsible for managing an internal sales team, as well as independent Sales Reps and Distributors.

The right candidate will have demonstrated success in sales, ideally in both outside Sales Rep and in-house Sales Management roles. Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field, as well as at least 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience. Minimum 4 years of sales management experience required. Experience in the footwear industry necessary, with action sports and/or fashion background preferred. Exposure and connections on both coasts desirable. Domestic and international travel required.
