Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. plans to open a new “next generation” Dick’s Sporting Goods store in the Eastwood Mall in Niles, Ohio. The larger format, measuring 72,000 square feet, will replace the current 52,000-square-foot store in the mall.
The Next Generation store will include a House of Cleats, with a 360-degree view of over 400 cleats across multiple sports, an expanded footwear assortment, and multiple golf hitting bays equipped with Trackman technology.
“Moving and expanding Dick’s Sporting Goods to a premium anchor position within the mall is expected to drive significant traffic, benefit all of our tenants, and further solidify Eastwood Mall Complex as the region’s premier one-stop destination to shop, dine, stay and play,” stated mall owner Cafaro’s Regional Director of Marketing & Communications, Johnny Chechitelli, in a media release,
The Dick’s Sporting Goods store in the adjacent Great East Plaza is under construction and is expected to be completed in summer 2026.
