Deuter Sport GmbH together with Belmart are donating 1,600 sleeping bags to the Deuter Japanese distributor Iwatani-Primus in Tokyo.
They will coordinate with relief agencies that in-turn will distribute sleeping bags to specific regions in crisis.
“We are a strong international brand that is in a fortunate position to provide some help to the victims of this natural disaster and aftermath,” says Bill Hartrampf, President of Deuter USA.
“Coordinating internationally with our distribution, manufacturing and the local relief agencies to get Deuter sleeping bags directly to the people in need is something we hope will make a small difference.”
