Adidas has extended its endorsement deal with the Chicago Bulls    ’ Derrick Rose in a deal that could land the reigning NBA most valuable player more than $200 million over the next 13 years, Yahoo! Sports reports.

Adidas on Sunday confirmed the extension, which was signed during this weekend's NBA all-star festivities in Orlando.

“We're extremely excited to extend our partnership with Derrick Rose,” said Lawrence Norman, the Germany sporting goods brand's Portland-based vice president of global basketball. “Derrick is a tremendous partner whose humility, commitment to the community and exciting play on the court is a perfect match for the Adidas brand.”

According to Yahoo! Sports, Rose’s 13-year deal guarantees him $185 million, but includes incentives that could push it past $200 million.

Rose has been a centerpiece of Adidas’ marketing efforts in the U.S. Only he and Orlando Magic    star Dwight Howard have signature basketball shoes made by Adidas.
