Dearfoams announced the promotion of LaShae Boone-McCray to vice president, head of sales. In this new role, Boone-McCray oversees the brand’s sales strategy and execution across all channels, reporting to company President Justine Suh.
Boone-McCray joined parent company RG Barry Brands over five years ago, first as a strategic account manager and most recently as the director of strategic accounts.
A footwear industry veteran with over 15 years of experience spanning retail, wholesale and private label development, she has “built and managed partnerships with top retailers, including Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, and DSW, Dearfoams reported in a media release. Her career began at Aldo, Inc. and Aldo Product Services in Montreal, where she advanced into senior leadership roles overseeing global wholesale distribution.
“LaShae is a dynamic leader who combines deep retail expertise with a strategic, forward-thinking vision for growth,” said Suh. “She has already had a transformative impact on our business, and I am thrilled to see her step into this leadership role as we continue to expand the Dearfoams brand in new directions.”
