DC Shoes has teamed up with Journeys as official sponsors of the 2015 AMA Supercross series.  Throughout the season, race attendees will have the opportunity to visit the official DC Shoes booth at the pit on race day, where they can view new DC styles available at Journeys.  Fans will also be able to participate in giveaways, receive exclusive discounts and take part in athlete autograph signings and photo ops with a replica of Jeremy McGrath's KXF 450 bike.

“We're stoked to have Journeys on board with DC for this year's AMA Supercross season,” says Jeff Taylor, Senior Vice President of Global Brand and Marketing, DC Shoes.  “They've supported the DC Moto program and been a favorite retail destination for race fans for many years.”

Journeys, based in Nashville, Tenn., opened their first store in 1986, and has since become the leader in the teen specialty retail space for footwear and accessories.  With more than 800 stores in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, Journeys is an ideal partner for DC Shoes and carries Ryan Villopoto's new pro model shoe, the RV, as well as DC's Stag, Sceptor, Pure, Caliber, Versatile 2.0 and more.

“We're thrilled to be partnering with DC for the 2015 AMA Supercross series.  Race attendees are strong supporters of the DC and Journeys brands and we're looking forward to working with DC to provide an exciting race day experience for fans throughout the season,” notes Kari Irons, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Journeys.

Six races into the 2015 AMA Supercross Series, DC Moto team rider Trey Canard sits at third place in the standings.  For more information on DC Moto, check out http://www.dcshoes.com/moto and stay tuned to DC's social media channels including the DC Moto Facebook and @dc_moto on Instagram.
