Dansko announces the hiring of Christian Shea as
Marketing/Development Specialist, a new position for the company. Shea was most recently at Digital Globe in Longmont, Colo., and 23airmail, in Denver.

Shea's scope of responsibility includes the creation of the shop-in-shop
program for Dansko retailers, which will enable retailers to offer a
multi-faceted merchandising program. This program will include new graphics,
photography and POP signage to convey the Dansko story while also defining
each story behind the company¹s six collections.

“Dansko has grown dramatically over the past five years, and Christian will
help us meet the changing needs of retailers to showcase the brand¹s product
lines ­ from Dansko's flagship clogs to our new men¹s casual collection,”
says Catherine Byers, Director of Marketing.

Shea will coordinate the partnership between Dansko and Utility, Inc., which
is designing and building the new shop-in-shop program.

Shea's background in the dot com world also makes him a valuable asset to
Dansko's online business plans, which include increased functionality for
retailers and sales reps later this year.
