Cybex has appointed Arthur W. Hicks, Jr. as president, COO and CFO. Mr. Hicks, 49, has served Cybex as COO since 2006, as CFO since 2002 and as director since 1997. He also held the title EVP of Cybex from January 1, 2006 until his appointment as president. Prior to 2006, Mr. Hicks served Cybex through a service agreement between Cybex and UM Holdings, LTD., where he was employed as CFO since 1988.
