CR Fitness Holdings LLC, a leading franchisee of Crunch Fitness, plans to open Crunch Maitland, a 43,000-square-foot gym in Maitland, FL, with a projected 2026 opening, located at 701 Maitland Boulevard.
Crunch Maitland will feature the Crunch Fitness 3.0 club design, offering a full suite of amenities for working out and personal training. The gym will also bring employment opportunities to the local community.

CR Fitness Holdings principals include Tony Scrimale, Vince Julien, Geoff Dyer, and Jeff Dotson. The company currently operates 93 locations across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee, with continued expansion in Arizona. CR Fitness also reports that it “is on track to operate 110 Crunch Fitness locations nationwide by the end of 2026.”
