Crocs Inc. named former Levi Strauss & Co. president and COO Peter Jacobi to its board of directors.
Jacobi, was employed by Levi Strauss & Company from 1970 until his retirement in 1999. During his nearly 30 year tenure, Mr. Jacobi held various senior level positions including president of the mens jeans division, president of global sourcing, president of Levi Strauss International and, from 1996 until his retirement, president and COO. In the latter position, Jacobi led a restructuring that included a transition to a consumer-focused brand management organization.
Jacobi graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Business & Industrial Management.
