Crocs, Inc. promoted Rupert Campbell to executive vice president and president of the HeyDude brand. Campbell will also joins the executive leadership team, reporting to Crocs CEO Andrew Rees.

Rupert joined the company in March 2025 as senior vice president, chief commercial officer for HeyDude, responsible for overseeing and executing the brand’s global commercial strategy. In his role as brand president, he will lead all elements of HeyDude’s product, marketing and commercial go-to-market strategy.

“Rupert has proven to be an instrumental part of the HeyDude Leadership Team, driving global strategy and execution end-to-end across all parts of our HeyDude business,” said Rees. “On behalf of the Board of Directors and our leadership team, we are excited to welcome Rupert into this new role and are confident that he will guide the HeyDude business to long-term, scalable global growth.”

Prior to joining Crocs, Inc., Campbell served as the president of Adidas North America, where he led a market with more than $6 billion in revenue and a team of over 10,000 employees from January 2022. Prior to leading Adidas North America, Campbell, who is a British national, was managing director at Adidas Russia/CIS. He joined Adidas in 2012 as its retail director market north. He then served as SVP of retail in Europe from 2013 to 2015 and then led Russia from 2018 until the move to the U.S. Adidas said the brand increased its market leadership in the Russia/CIS region and recorded double-digit sales growth under Campbell’s leadership.

In May, Crocs, Inc. announced that Terence Reilly, formerly the president of HeyDude, would assume the role of EVP and chief brand officer of Crocs, Inc., overseeing marketing and communications for both the Crocs and HeyDude brands. Rees served as the interim president for the HeyDude brand alongside the brand’s senior leadership team as the firm sought a new leader for HeyDude.
