Crocs, Inc. said it will be filing a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to extend the filing deadline for its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q as the company is still in the process of finalizing certain accounting estimates.
The footwear company announced this move as it said its financial results of the third quarter ended September 30, 2008 will be issued on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at approximately 4:00 pm Eastern Time. At 4:30 pm Eastern Time that same day, the company will host a conference call to discuss these results.
