Crimson Trace has announced several new additions to the Crimson Trace management team. Michael Caulk is now overseeing the engineering department at Crimson Trace as Director of Engineering, Fredrick Karl has been promoted to Product Development Director and Maureen Zwicker has been hired as Director of Human Resources.


Director of Engineering Caulk has over 20 years of engineering experience to include design, manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, product and process evaluation, product development and strategic planning. His core responsibilities include ensuring continued development of award-winning personal defense products and innovative designs.


Karl started at Crimson Trace as Product Manager after a successful career at Gerber Legendary Blades where he was Channel Manager-Military Division and Senior Industrial Designer. He is responsible for product management and strategy in the military and commercial market.


Zwicker brings over 15 years of Human Resource experience to the company along with extensive executive management involvement including 4 years military service. She will be focused on recruiting and developing world-class talent at the Wilsonville, Oregon facility and elsewhere.
