Cramer Products Inc. has promoted two marketing department employees, and has hired employees to fill two key roles with the company.

Adam Huckeby has been promoted to senior product manager. He joined Cramer in 2008 as a product manager.  In his role of senior product manager, Huckeby is responsible for the research, design, development, and sourcing for Active Ankle and Active Innovations products, hydration products, and athletic training kits. He will also handle branding, launch campaigns, lifecycle, and product maintenance.

Rob Mogolov has been promoted to director of marketing. Rob joined Cramer in 2005 as product manager, and became marketing manager in 2008. As director of marketing, Mogolov will oversee the product development team for both Cramer and its Active Ankle subsidiary, and manage the company’s retail display and presentation programs.

Brett McCann has been hired as Cramer’s regional sales manager for the southeastern part of the United States. This territory includes the states of Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Virginia, and West Virginia, as well as Washington, D.C.

McCann graduated from Texas Tech University in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in business with a marketing focus. Prior to joining Cramer, he was a medical device sales representative for ArthroCare Corp., and was also previously in sales with Medco Sports Medicine.

Chad Stephens has joined Cramer as a product manager. In this position Chad will oversee, modify, and develop the chemical, neoprene, and cold product lines.

Stephens graduated in 2000 from Washburn University in Topeka, Kan., with a physical education degree with a concentration in athletic training. He became a certified athletic trainer in 2001. Before joining Cramer, he worked for Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Shawnee Mission, Kan. In that position, he worked on contract as an athletic trainer at Shawnee Mission South High School.
