CR Fitness Holdings, a Crunch Fitness franchisee, opened its newest member-based gym in the affluent Doctor Phillips suburb of Orange County, Florida. This is the franchisee’s 61st location in the state.
The 37,000-plus square-foot fitness center occupies the former World of Decor location on Doctor Phillips Blvd.
“Crunch Doctor Phillips marks another strong step in our Florida growth,” said Tony Scrimale, CEO of CR Fitness Holdings. “This 3.0 location elevates the member experience with upgraded amenities, cutting-edge equipment and an energetic environment designed to bring the community together.”
CR Fitness Holdings reports that it is on track to operate 100 Crunch gyms nationwide by 2026.
With over 150 years of combined industry experience, the leadership team at CR Fitness Holdings which includes Vince Julien, Geoff Dyer, Jeff Dotson, and Tony Scrimale, operates 93 gyms across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee, with plans to expand into Arizona.
