Converse appointed Chavon Webster as VP of Global Footwear and Design. She was formerly the senior director of Women’s Sport and Training Footwear at Nike.
Webster announced the appointment on her LinkedIn account.
She joined Nike as the director of Kids Lifestyle Footwear in February 2022 and was appointed to her most recent role in the company in December 2023.
Before joining Nike, Webster worked for New Balance for nearly eight years, holding roles that included senior project manager for Cultural Moments, senior product manager for Lifestyle Apparel, and global product manager for Lifestyle Footwear.
Webster will relocate to Boston in her new role at Converse.
