Confluence Outdoor promoted Courtney Moore to manager of key accounts for the company’s retail chain business.

“Courtney’s business acumen, category expertise and product passion makes him the ideal leader for this position,” said Shelly Moore, vice president of North American sales for Confluence Outdoor. “In his new management role, Courtney will lead our key account team and oversee our chain business with a focus on continuing to deliver sustainable growth for these retail partners.”

Moore joined Confluence Outdoor in 2007 as a sales representative in the Great Lakes region, servicing independent specialty retailers. During his time in the field, he realized significant year-over-year sales growth across multiple territories before his promotion to key account representative. In his most recent role, Moore managed several chain retailers, achieving equal successes.

“I’m excited to take this leadership role within Confluence Outdoor and look forward to working with all of our retail chains in identifying growth opportunities and strengthening partnerships to achieve our mutual business goals,” said Moore. “The retail landscape is ever changing.
