Collective Licensing International, a subsidiary of Collective Brands, entered a three-year agreement with Bioworld Merchandising to license apparel and accessory lines under the Vision Street Wear brand.

Under the design and manufacturing licensing agreement, Bioworld will help accelerate the momentum that Vision Street Wear has experienced since its re-launch in Summer 2009. The Vision Street Wear line created by Bioworld will include t-shirts, hoodies and bottoms, as well as headwear, bags, belts and other items and will be found at boutiques, specialty stores, malls and mid-tier distribution in the United States.

Since its relaunch event on the beach in Malibu last August, the brand has been recognized by media outlets such as In-Touch, Maxim, Transworld Skateboarding and Nylon Magazine. Bioworld, according to Collective, has a proven track record of creating successful product lines that reflect the latest trends in action sports, music and entertainment making them the perfect fit for Vision Street Wear’s apparel collaboration.

Says Dan Brown, Director of Brand Licensing at CLI, “With their extensive experience, Bioworld will be integral to the much-anticipated Vision Street Wear apparel collection debuting this year. We look forward to an exciting collaboration and to even more Vision Street Wear products and designs in stores across the country.”

“Bioworld and the Vision Street Wear brand are a great fit. Our design expertise coupled with our distribution strength provide the formula necessary to develop an impactful product assortment and bring the Vision Street Wear brand back to its dominant position in the market,” said Jennifer Staley, Vice President of Licensing at Bioworld Merchandising.
