ColdPruf Base Layer, a brand of Indera Mills and manufacturers of performance base layers, has hired Ian Connor as director of marketing.
 
Connor brings more than nine years of outdoor industry marketing experience having previously served as the North American marketing coordinator for the Mammut Sports Group, brand manager for firearms manufacturer O.F. Mossberg & Sons, product manager for Adventure Medical Kits and most recently as an account executive for SOAR Communications.

As director of marketing, Connor will oversee all of ColdPruf's marketing programs and branding initiatives. Connor is based in North Conway, NH.

Connor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a Minor in English from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA, Ian earned his MBA in international business from the American College of Switzerland in 1999. Prior to joining the corporate world Ian worked as a full-time ski instructor, ski school director, a canoe and kayak livery manager, and a specialty outdoor retail manager.

Connor remains a passionate telemark skier and continues to work as a skiing instructor on the weekends. In the summer months he is an avid mountain bike rider and competes in 24-Hour mountain bike races with his team, The Moat Mountain Growlers.
