Coalision has redefined its upper management structure to streamline the internal communication structure and increase efficiency of development, delivery and follow through capabilities.

Founder, Eric D’anjou will remain as president of all Coalision brands and will begin to focus his
efforts increasingly on “User Experience.” A focus that will promote direct alignment of top line
strategies and consumer realities as they pertain to all brands.

Co-founder, Evelyn Trempe will reposition from VP of R&D to EVP of product. Filling the
role of a product and design specialist Evelyn will focus on the product visions and validate product
strategies for all brands to ensure the proper direction and separation between them.

Former VP of sales & marketing, Jean-Pierre Ferrandez will move to EVP of strategic
development. As a specialist in process and strategic planning Jean-Pierre will lead all Coalision
business units. Overseeing the strategic process for Orage and Lole, JP will focus on synchronizing
the brands product, sales and production cycles.

Jonathan Frankel; recently relocated to the United States acting as the US general manager will
now take on the role of VP of sales. After three years dedicated to solidifying Orage’s position in the
US marketplace and the Lole launch in the states, Jonathan will now oversee the development and
implementation of sales strategies for all Coalision brands, in all markets.
