Cloudveil announced the hiring of two key personnel, John Rounds to the role of Director of North American Sales and
Ali Levy to the newly created position of Retail merchandising Coordinator.

Rounds, formerly the National Sales Manager Recreational Division of
Camelbak, will relocate to the Cloudveil Denver office and his Colorado
roots. John graduated from Vail High School in 1986 and comments “The
opportunity to return to the winter sports and outdoor industry with the
group of people at Cloudveil is a dream come true. Their authentic position
in the technical apparel market is one that provides an incredible platform
for continued brand development and growth. I am excited to be part of the
team and look forward to leading the sales/service effort.”

Levy joins Cloudveil from her former post at Marmot as the Visual Retail
Merchandiser. For Ali it is a homecoming of sorts as she is a former Jackson
resident having worked at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort retail store. Ali
will work with former Cloudveil National Sales Director Dave Ellingson who
will shift his focus to the newly created position of Director of Brand
Development.

Jon Boris, Cloudveil VP of Corporate Development explains, “In conjunction
with the hiring of John Rounds, we are creating a new focus on Brand
Development to complement the sales team, focusing on product presentation
and sell-through at the dealer level. Ellingson is a perfect fit for this
new role given his long association with Cloudveil and specialty retail
background. This new group will be responsible for enhancing
POS/Merchandising programs, employee tech manuals, creating a regional
program of dealer roundtables and will act as the liaison between the
marketplace, and the sales and product development teams.”
