Cloudveil has reported 79% total revenue growth for
2003. Gross margin increased by 4%, and Cloudveil gained 25% growth in
retail storefronts in 2003.

“Our commitment to product development combined with a significantly
enhanced brand marketing program for 2003 obviously struck a chord with the
specialty outdoor consumer,” explains President and Co-Founder Brian
Cousins. “We¹re thrilled with the continued growth of our dealer base,
however it was the gains in YOY same store sales and greater product/brand
representation within a core specialty dealer base that drove the overall
increase.”

As Cloudveil is poised to debut their new Vertical Ski Collection at the Ski
Industries Association (SIA) and Outdoor Retailer (OR) Winter Market, the
momentum from 2003 carries them forward. Cousins continues, “Our growth in
the soft shell and hard shell categories that comprise the backbone of our
business was exceptional. Additionally, we saw significant leaps in newer
categories such as insulated outerwear, handwear and our new Wister
program.”

Cloudveil continues to innovate with new styles and designs contained in
their upcoming Fall 2004 collections. The excitement stems not just from the
near record snowfalls locally in the Tetons early this season but also from
two new partnerships with W.L Gore and Associates, and some distinctive
Schoeller/Primaloft fabricated product.

intersect with our vision of what ski and snowboard apparel can be.”
