Cleveland Golf/Srixon announced the appointment of Steve Nichols to the newly created position of director of national accounts for Cleveland Golf/ Srixon -U.S.A.  In his new role, which becomes effective immediately, Nichols will oversee all sales and marketing activities related to many of the golf industry’s largest retailers.  Nichols will also be responsible for leading a team of National Account Managers.  

“The face of golf retail has changed dramatically in the last five years,” said Chuck Thiry, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cleveland Golf/ Srixon -U.S.A.  “Steve understands the needs of today's Big Box and Golf Specialty operators and he has a track record of success in creating relationships and opportunities that benefit our company, our customers, and golf consumers.  We are really excited to have him in this critical position.”

Nichols, a 20-year veteran of Cleveland Golf, has served in several key sales and management positions, most recently as Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Cleveland Golf/ Srixon -U.S.A.
