Chums has added Tiffany Berger to its product development team  in Sun Valley, ID, where she will oversee research, strategy and execution of new and existing Chums product line introductions.

Berger, pictured to the right, joins Chums after four years as Scott USA’s optics product manager, overseeing product development concept design and implementation. With over 13 years of experience managing the evolution of new and existing product lines, Berger brings extensive design, development, engineering, marketing and sales knowledge to her new role at Chums.

“We were immediately impressed by Tiffany’s leadership experience managing all aspects of the product development process” said Tom Ferries, sales and marketing manager at Chums. “She has a keen understanding of how to manage long-term strategies while remaining consistent and true to a brand’s mission – something that’s extremely important to us as we continue to expand Chums’ line of accessory cases and eyewear retainers in the coming years.”

Prior to her role at Scott USA, Berger served as Global Product Developer at Nike Golf for nine years where she managed the company’s fit and wear-testing programs, and implemented detailed development plans for bag, glove and footwear models.

“I’ve always been impressed with Chums’ diverse product line and couldn’t be happier to join a brand that’s a staple for so many outdoor enthusiasts” said Berger. “I look forward to working with the development team to identify new product opportunities and continue fostering critical business relationships with other product teams and outside vendors from my years at Scott and Nike.”
