Chipply has promoted Meghan Brazzelle to the role of senior manager, sales and operations. Brazzelle previously served as senior territory manager and has been with the company since July 2024.

In her new role, Brazzelle will work closely with Chipply’s leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams to further align sales strategy with operational efficiency. She will reportedly continue to manage national accounts while leveraging data, technology and process optimization to drive sales and improve internal workflow.

The web store platform for team dealers and custom apparel decorators said that Brazzelle “has made a significant impact beyond territory development and has played a key role in creating and refining standard operating procedures, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the sales organization.” The company also noted that she has been “instrumental in educating the company’s sales team on best practices, including the use of Chipply’s CRM and other sales technologies.”

“Meghan has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to think strategically while also improving the day-to-day execution of our sales operations,” said company CEO Angie Hardwick. “Her passion for process, technology, and team development makes her a natural fit for this role.”

Prior to joining Chipply, Brazzelle had extensive industry experience spanning almost two decades in sales roles at Lane Seven Apparel, Hanesbrands, Alternative Apparel, and Boxercraft.
