Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, Inc. (CSSI) has expanded its purchasing team with the addition of Josh Gregor as the company’s newest buyer. In this role, Gregor is responsible for identifying and procuring products that “maximize profitability and support CSSI’s mission to deliver high-quality products to help dealers build their businesses,” said the company in a media release.

CSSI also said that Gregor “brings a strong background in procurement, vendor relations, and market analysis to the position, and his experience and attention to detail are expected to play an essential part in negotiating favorable vendor agreements, maintaining strategic inventory levels and developing innovative purchasing strategies.”

Prior to CSSI, Gregor had a 22-year career at Big Rock Sports, including roles in demand planning, merchandise buying and merchandise management.

“Josh brings an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to purchasing that fits perfectly with CSSI’s culture. His ability to identify opportunity, negotiate value and build strong vendor relationships will make him a tremendous asset to our team and to our customers,” said Melissa Dubiel, VP of Purchasing.
