Champro appointed Shylo Farnsworth to the newly created position of VP of Marketing, and Amy Augustine as VP of Operations and Supply Chain Management to support the team uniform maker’s growth.
Both Farnsworth and Augustine are based at the company headquarters in Bannockburn, IL.
Farnsworth, who began as vice president of marketing in September 2025, oversees brand development from awareness to go-to-market execution. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy and creative direction. Previously, she was vice president of brand marketing at Quality Bicycle Products, overseeing its outdoor brands, and spent nearly 13 years at Nike, Inc. in senior marketing and creative roles, most recently as global senior director of brand creative and experience.
Augustine joined Champro in August 2025 as VP of Operations and Supply Chain Management, responsible for a smooth supply chain and on-time delivery. She has over 20 years of experience. Before Champro, she spent 16 years at UScellular, most recently as senior director of network supply chain, leading logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations.
