C&H Precision, the manufacturer of pistol optics based in Richmond Hill, GA, formed a strategic partnership and an ownership investment in Merus Adventure Park, a 5,500-acre outdoor destination located near Palo Duro Canyon, Amarillo, TX.
As part of the expansion, Buck Holly, owner of C&H Precision, has acquired an ownership role in Merus Adventure Park and will help lead the development of long-range precision hunting, executive retreat programs, industry training experiences, and host outdoor activations at the property.
C&H Precision said, “Known for its rugged canyon terrain and immersive outdoor recreation experiences, Merus Adventure Park currently offers overlanding and off-road trails, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, cabin accommodations, RV sites, and tent camping. Through the partnership with C&H Precision, the property will now expand into guided hunting experiences, long-range precision rifle training, corporate and executive retreats, industry events, and hosted media and content production opportunities.”
C&H Precision said the partnership represents a significant step in the company’s “continued evolution beyond product manufacturing and into experiential outdoor lifestyle programming.” The company also said the property’s terrain “provides a unique backdrop for western hunting and long-range shooting opportunities, including monthly precision rifle events and training courses featuring steel target engagements from 350 yards out to 1,800 yards.”
In addition to hunting and shooting operations, Holly and C&H Precision will “help position the ranch as a destination for other industry partners seeking executive retreats, leadership training, hosted customer events, product launches, and large-scale photo and video content production.”
“This partnership is about building experiences and creating a destination that brings people together around the outdoor lifestyle,” said Holly. “Merus already had an incredible foundation with the landscape, trails, camping, and outdoor recreation. We saw an opportunity to take it further by building a true destination for long-range precision shooting, western hunts, executive retreats, training programs, and industry collaboration.”
