Celsius Snowboard Footwear will be holding focus groups with retailers this Fall to complete the design process. Celsius and its newly formed US and Canadian sales force will be contacting key accounts in all the major North American territories. The goal of these focus groups will be to get the 2005/2006 product line dialed in for the up coming selling season.

“This is a chance for retailers to give their ideas and be a part of the design process.” Remarked Will Talbott Sales Manager for Celsius, “We are stoked to hear their input and use it to make our product that much better.”

Celsius has been working on boot designs for over 2 years now; and has gone through at least 3 concepts. Celsius will be introducing three styles of boots to the retailers at SIA.

“When you got it right you know it,” commented Celsius team manager Jason Kimball on Alphonzo Rawls’ designs. “The goal was to combine strong skate shoes aesthetics with snowboard boot technology and Alph nailed it.”

Regional reps will be contacting shops to participate in the focus group process. The company said their goal is to work out any problems before the product hits the tradeshow floor.
