Cascade Designs announced its 2005 Rep of the Year and Sales Achievement Awards. The Hi-Altitude Sales & Consulting team, including Ryan Overstake, Eric Miller, Jason Livingston and Lori Maddox, has been honored as the recipient of Rep of the Year for 2005. This distinction recognizes their commitment and passion for providing exceptional sales and service to Cascade Designs’ retailers in the Rocky Mountain region and for growing Cascade Designs’ business relationships with key accounts (Sportsman’s Warehouse, Sports Authority & Cabela's). Hi-Altitude also took a leadership role in improving cross-territorial account service for these and other national accounts by working with the Cascade Designs rep force throughout the country to ensure in-store service and clinics on a by-location basis.

Earning Sales Achievement Awards in 2005 are the 225 employees that represent Cascade Designs Operations (Production, Purchasing, Facilities, Distribution, Safety and Quality). Their continued commitment to achieving service goals, and maintaining strategic reserves for Cascade Designs’ best selling products allowed Cascade Designs to ship 95% of orders on-time and improve the company’s order fill-rate by 20% over 2004.

Schuyler Horton, vice-president of global sales, and Dale Karacostas, Canadian and house account sales manager, are also being honored with Sales Achievement Awards for 2005. Horton is being recognized for his continued leadership of the North American sales department and the European Subsidiary, Cascade Designs Limited. Karacostas is recognized for his unending enthusiasm and passion for providing superior service to Cascade Designs’ key accounts, including REI and Mountain Equipment Co-op.
