Cap America announced the purchase of the company by Jon Page and Cory Cissell, sons of Founder and long-time Owner/Operator Phil Page, who has led the business for the past 40 years.
This transition continues the headwear maker’s family ownership.
Jon Page and Cory Cissell step into ownership with a shared vision of honoring the company’s legacy while positioning Cap America for continued growth and innovation. With decades of combined experience within the organization, both bring deep operational knowledge and strong industry relationships.
Cissell, leveraging his sales and market experience, has transitioned into the role of president of Cap America, where he will oversee sales strategy, customer experience and organizational leadership. Jon Page, a combat veteran, will assume the role of chief production officer, focusing on continued manufacturing excellence, decoration capabilities and operational efficiency.
“Jon and Cory are committed to building upon the foundation established over the last four decades under Phil Page’s leadership, ensuring Cap America remains a trusted partner to distributors across all current and future networks. Customers can expect the same dependable service they have come to know, paired with a renewed focus on innovation, responsiveness and long-term partnerships,” the company said in a media release.
