“The appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company continues to scale its premium performance offering and expand its specialty retail partnerships,” Cabot said in a media release announcing the hire.
Leonardi is expected to lead revenue growth initiatives, expand distribution channels, and strengthen sales operations – all as part of a long-term strategic vision.
“As we continue to expand our presence in both specialty retail and direct-to-consumer channels, we are investing in leadership that can help us scale while staying true to our heritage,” said Angelica Taylor, president, Cabot Hosiery Mills. “Dan’s experience building premium brands and leading multi-channel growth strategies makes him uniquely positioned to help us strengthen our retail partnerships and drive our next phase of our growth.”
Prior to joining Cabot Hosiery Mills, Leonardi served as the chief sales officer at Ecco Americas, where he led revenue strategy across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. He also held senior leadership roles at Sperry (Wolverine Worldwide) and Marchon Eyewear (a VSP vision company).
