The ink was barely dry on the the re-org announced two months ago, but Outdoor lifestyle retailer and cataloguer Cabela’s has again shifted a few seats in the executive suite.

The company has named David Roehr as president of the World’s Foremost Bank, the company’s subsidiary created to serve its Visa cardholders. In April, Roehr had been named president and CFO of Cabela’s and CEO of the bank. He will now also head the retailer’s mergers, acquisitions and special projects.

Cabela’s CEO Dennis Highby, who was also appointed in April, will add the president title to his Cabela’s business card after the latest shift. Ralph Castner, VP of accounting and finance, adds CFO to his duties.

Kevin Werts, currently director of promotions, will move over to the bank as CFO. Thomas Boatman will continue as COO of the bank, a position he has held since the institution was chartered March 23, 2001.

Cabela’s now has eight retail stores — two in Nebraska, two in Minnesota and one each in South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Kansas. Another store is scheduled to open this fall in Harrisburg, PA, and a store and distribution center will open next year in Wheeling, WV.
