agron, inc., adidas accessory licensee, is seeking a Business Manager for retail segment. Opportunity to work with adidas sales force to manage Sales, Operational and Product issues for Mall Specialty accounts such as Footlocker Inc, Finishline and Hatworld. All accessory categories are included. Sales Management, marketing management or extensive Key Account experience required. Position based in Los Angeles.

Job Description:

The agron Business Manager works externally with adidas sales reps and management and internally with all aspects of agron: Marketing, Sourcing, Customer Service, etc… to facilitate the planning and execution of the agron business for their area. Their primary responsibility is to manage agron’s interests in the sales and operational aspects of our relationships with key accounts. They need to manage the business planning process around those key accounts, including Sales goals, Marketing plans, Assortment plans, Product needs-including Special Make Ups and exclusive products, Operational support and Inventory management. The Business Manager should be aware of key trends within the like customers. Create programs and internal support to capitalize on those opportunities across the trade channel. Work with Marketing to represent the needs of the trade channel at key product meetings.

Current account list:

Footlocker Inc.- all divisions, Finishline, Journeys, Hat World and The East Region for regional accounts, including Modell’s and Olympia Sporting Goods.

Experience/Requirements:

The candidate will ideally have a successful record in key account management and/or sales management. They will have a proven ability to manage a process and collaborate across all levels of an organization. Experience with major athletic brands or key account retail is preferred. The candidate will have initiative and have an ability to create a dynamic business plan with adidas sales to maximize a key account’s business. We are looking for excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the retail business model, and finally a team player who is interested in learning and living by our core values as an organization.

Compensation/Benefits:
