Bulls Bikes USA has named its first ever brand ambassadors to represent the German-born brand in the U.S. during the 2015/2016 model year.

“We were impressed and honored to see such a wide and talented range of individuals apply to be a part of our inaugural ambassador program,” said Sharon Yu, general manager, Bulls Bikes USA. “The six ambassadors selected to launch this first program are a dynamic, engaged and exciting group with a ton of riding experience under their belts. We’re thrilled to work with these individuals as they help promote and educate fellow riders about our brand and also provide us with integral feedback on our products.”

The 2015/2016 Bulls Bikes USA Ambassador roster includes:

  • Jimmy Archer – Residing in Denver, CO, Archer has been a pro off-road triathlete for 16 years, while also holding a pro MTB license and dabbling in other multi-sport races. Founder of dirtTRI.com, he can be found hosting group rides with local bike shops or introducing more athletes to mountain biking or “adventure road cycling.”
  • Wendy Engelberg – Co-founder of Girlz Gone Riding, the largest all female bike club in the U.S., Engelberg who resides in Los Angeles, CA, has long been an advocate to get women out riding. She rides mostly XC and some Enduro and often leads group rides. Through Girlz Gone Riding, Engelberg hosts clinics, fundraisers and events, while also sitting on the board for her local IMBA chapter.
  • Timothy Rugg – Having just finished 11th in the 2015 Leadville 100 MTB, Harrisonburg, VA-based Rugg boasts UCI Pro license for Road, CX and MTB. He previously raced for a D3 professional road team but has been gravitating towards MTB and CX racing as of recent.
  • Kevin Schuster – A competitive age group triathlete at his core, Schuster, who resides in Dover, N.H, regularly races in Xterra triathlons and XC mountain bike races across the country and was named the Xterra regional champion for the Northeast in his age group. An active member of the New England Mountain Bike Association, he also participates in group rides and trail build days.
  • Jeff Volkner – An Irvine, CA ,resident, Volkner raced for 3 years at the collegiate level, competing in hill climb and time trial. Involved with a number of local shops, as well as the Biola University cycling community where he is a professor, Volkner regularly participates in local group rides and has performed in several charity rides like the Tour de Cure Ship to Shore.
  • Nate Wyeth – Beginning his cycling career racing BMX at age 6, Wyeth now competes in MTB, Road and CX. Team officer for his local cycling team Boneyard Cycling in Bend, Oregon, he regularly participates in clinics and photographs races throughout the year.
