Brooks-Range Mountaineering Equipment Co, which manufactures backcountry and outdoor equipment and accessories, hired Jacquelyne Cox as national sales manager.
“We are very excited to welcome Jacquelyne to the Brooks-Range team,” said Jeff Blakely, General Manager of Brooks-Range. “Jacquelyne’s passion for the outdoors, expertise and industry knowledge make her the perfect addition to our team and her contributions will make a positive impact to our brand.”
With 17 years experience in the outdoor and ski industries, Cox comes to Brooks-Range from Black Diamond where she most recently served as a sales rep for the Rocky Mountain region. Cox brings deep knowledge of specialty and outdoor as well as online retailer channels. With 10 years of rep experience as well as managerial and buying expertise, Cox brings combined experience and passion for hardgoods and softgoods alike. Prior to Black Diamond, Cox worked as the Marketing and Operations manager for Hestra.
“I'm tremendously excited to join the Brooks-Range team as we launch an expanded apparel collection including a new women's line,” said Cox. “I look forward to increasing Brooks-Range’s brand awareness to the broader outdoor and specialty markets across the US and Canada while at the same time delivering heightened brand support to our current and prospective dealers.”
Cox currently resides in Vail, Colo. where she enjoys backcountry travel, skiing, fly fishing and landscape photography.
